Matt has handled all aspects of construction lien law. In addition, he has drafted a manual for a large corporation to guide its policies in this area of the law.
Matt has over two decades of experience drafting wills and trusts. He has also handled estates and litigation arising from disputes regarding trust and estate property.

Matt has a successful record in handling property matters, mortgage disputes, property liens, easements, property line disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, drafting commercial leases and Secured transactions involving personal property such as commercial equipment.
In the past twenty years, he has handled virtually all areas of criminal law ranging from traffic misdemeanors to life offense felonies including, but not limited to traffic citations, drunk driving, drug cases, assault, criminal sexual conduct, retail fraud, embezzlement, breaking and entering, home invasion and Michigan Liquor Control Violations.
